I developed this amazing workout while I was laid up for 8 months with a back injury to my L4 and L5 disk in my back. I had been an avid weightlifter for 12 years and all I got was bulky muscle that wasn't good for anything and a buch of injuries that had me constantly laid up.

I decided I wanted functional strength and muscle not bulky and I wanted optimum health. During my 8 month layoff I gained 60lbs of unwanted weight and that was depressing, because at 43 yrs. old I thought I would have trouble getting it off.

Well, I'm happy to report that after only 2 months on the 15 MINUTE TOTAL BODY WORKOUT, I lost 30lbs plus increased my flexibility, my energy skyrocketed and my aches and pains have almost disappeared. I still have more weight to lose but this program I will stick with for life because it works for people of all ages.
